No, I am not Hecky Baby. Actually, in fact, I only picked up that cocaine and sodium bicarbonate are the principal -- only? -- dry ingredients used in free-base from my second-year-chem teacher senior year of high-school. Seriously doubt Mr. Schaeffer was slinging rock, on the side, though.

My one-time friend Jerry F. -- not his real name? -- might have decided to follow that path, i.e. crack running, though. He maintained some sketchy acquaintances, ones even sketchier than I am, who could have fairly easily gotten him the cocaine, and he was not a stupid guy, so he could have gotten out his bunsen burner and beakers and gone at it. The irony, of course, would be that (last I heard; this was nigh five years ago, though, so things could have changed) Jerry was straight-edge... Not in any formal, typical sense, there were no exes on his hands, there was no militancy toward those who used around him, but he abstained, and was a bit up on himself for doing so.

I have a similar theory about all women whose first name begins with "V" being hot. I have NEVER seen an unattractive Victoria, Veronica, Vanessa, or Valerie. Even women with somewhat obscure "V" names are hot, such as Viveca A. Fox.
