so another obner dream last night, but this was multi-faceted.

I dreamed I went to Tania's house for dinner, and she was married to Cesar Millan (the dog whisperer). She had a nice big house, with hardwood floors, and several cute dogs. We talked a lot about FT's job search and how Dri was faring in NYC. Somehow I ended up in Bob's office (he had found a job!), and it was one of those old-school kinds of offices, dark woods, big mahagony desk, name placard on front of desk. And I seem to remember doing something to his desk, some sort of prank, something I knew would make him laugh. But I didn't stick around to see it come to fruition.

Anyhow, weird.

Let's hope this one becomes a reality...especially the big office and old-school desk!

I had a really weird dream last nite... Lots of activity, many people, known over many years (oddly -- or not so -- no Dave Tvrdik nor Jerry Federspiel nor anyone else known in my late teens, early twenties), & yes, there was one Obner other than me in it. To protect the innocent, though, the boarder shall remain nameless. We were cooking up some crystal-meth, for a science class, that said. (But no, it wasn't one of the GARs.)

last night i dreamt that cotton and i were at tania's house. the property was acres and acres of land with a forest behind the house. but she wouldn't let us into the house - only in a shed to the side. the shed was filthy. it was like where she put trash.

she was having a barbecue in the afternoon and then we were all going to see underworld that night. three people showed up for the barbecue and all of them only spoke spanish. i can get by in spanish, but i don't know if cotton can. he disappeared into the shed because he couldn't understand anyone. then i noticed that even though the show was starting at 9pm, underworld wasn't actually going on until 8:27am after about a dozen openers. when i mentioned this to tania, she said we might as well just go then instead of waiting through those openers.

Tania's quite the hostess in our dreams, it seems.

that's probably because she's such a generous hostess in real life, as well. (although, her home in the dream wasn't at all like her home in real life.)

I know only the MOST rudimentary Spanish. and I do tend to disappear into sheds a lot.

that said, I bet the barbecue was awesome. Though I doubt that out of a dozen openers, there wouldn't be one that Tania wouldn't want to go see.

I wish I had a forest in the back of my house. Though, I do have a filthy shed that acts like a tomb for old gardening tools and vacuum cleaners (it seriously needs to be torn down).

Unfortunately, I've not had any Obner dreams lately. Though, the pain killers I've been taking lately have made me dream a lot about my parents. I should make them clean out the shed.

Cotton and his wife popped in my dreams last night. Cottonelle was chastising me for waiting so long to finally meet Cotton but was glad that we were finally able to. For whatever reason, she was not gonna hang out with us...which was kind of a bummer. Though, what I really wanna know is what was Cotton doing in my bathroom while I was in there?!

Weird.

I dreamed that my house was infested with squirrels, so I called Kyle Squirrgle to help me get rid of them. His solution: "Write them a nice letter. Then they'll leave."

Does this have anything to do with the fact that if you don't look hard enough at his name it could look like "squirrel"?

My grandma took me to Florida to visit my parents. When we got to their condo, my mom was yelling at my dad so my grandma took me to the beach. On my way out, I looked at a newspaper and the cover was like a "Where's Waldo" type picture and in the corner, there was Haq, wearing a sign around his neck that read (of course) "Haq". When I got to the beach, I was laying at the shore so that the waves would wash up over my body but not over my head and then starfishes started talking to me. I jumped up and ran back to the condo to grab the newspaper and call Haq, only he was some big celebrity now and had Rachael Yamagata answering the phone for him. I had to remind her that she knows me and then Haq got on the phone with a fakeass Brit accent. Put that newspaper in the mail (with star stickers on the envelope) and thank god, I woke up.

Also, every time I looked at the newspaper he had different facial hair. Handlebar mustache, goatee, beard, clean shaven.

wtf.

well, he does always wear that sign around his neck.

I should drink more alcohol cuz I had the oddest of dreams last night.

One of them was very sexual involving a former boyfriend, the other involved a bee hive lurking in the ceiling of my house and honey dripping to the floor below, there was the one of me walking around Vacaville, California (I don't even know if I've ever been there) and buying a strange lamp...and lastly, a dream involving F*ck You Dave, my mom and me. We travelled to Scotland together and were picked up by friends. Dave hardly said a word (not Dave-like) and my mom is dead. Did I join the Spirit World in my dream? Or was it the crazy Russian vodka and jalapeno stuffed olives making their moves into the nether regions of my brain?

i had a dream that catswilleatyou (and since i've never met him, it was just a headless body) and i were building a lego helicopter. as we were finishing it, we got in a fight over its design. then someone said it was time to go and we had no choice but to get in the lego helicopter to leave. so we got in and took off. then he decided to crash it on a baseball diamond. we walked out of the wreckage and i started picking up the tiny pieces that'd broken off in the crash.
