I liked it more than everything he's done since the Daylight EP or so. The title track would probably be in my 3 favorite singles of the year.

i've received verbal beatdowns from respected folk over my affinity for both the pharoahe AND kweli records. unabashedly, i really dig on tracks 2-7 on desire and i've got a soft spot for TK though i think these are his better collections of rhymes since are black star w/ mos def.

i had to go back and check on the stones throw comp - released early 07. it probably leaked earlier which might've thrown you off, paper.

have you found anyone who agrees with you on this? i downloaded it because of your recommendation and now I'm amazed at how much I hate it. He might be the first rapper, or musician of any genre, to join Opeth as bands that can only be mentioned in my house with the prefix "shitty, shitty" affixed. As in "The worst record that I'd ever heard was shitty, shitty Opeth until I heard this shitty, shitty Lupe Fiasco record".
