I was enjoying lunch at Fatburger, when the guy at the table next to me:

(1) used the phrase "the ass-crack of dawn" (which always makes my ears bleed); and

(2) began reciting Andrew Dice Clay's nursery rhymes: "Jack and Jill went up the hill . . . ." These weren't even funny when I was in high school. This guy, however, was laughing like it was the funniest damn thing he'd ever heard (he finished all the lines with the Diceman's trademake, "Whoa" and "Hey.")
