According to my doc, two of the more lousy things i can put into my body are sweets and bread.

I have a big sweet tooth, and I have found myself able to contain my urges, for cookies, or donuts, or ring dings, and yodels....I have even pretty much gone 100^ diet drinks and soda's...

I cannot give up bread.....bagels, rolls, hero's, wheat bread....i cannot do it...
