I listened to a little of it last night at the record store. It sound fantastic. I wouldn't be surprised if this ends up being my favorite of theirs.

nah, I got an import from holland actually (its a CD in what's basically a vinyl sleeve). But I did get lyrics on it...at least I think they're the words.

Funny, it's the other way around for me... so far, my #1 is Doves, #2 is Bloc Party.

Agree, this year has been really solid so far. Those two along with Gruff Rhys, I Am Kloot and Bright Eyes Wide Awake are my most played.

Dalen, I finally got my hands on a copy of track 10 from Feathers.

Don’t know but getting the new Ocean Colour Scene tonight and might be the only person on earth excited about that.

I downloaded the self-titled album by I Am Kloot a long, long time ago from advice from konstantinl. Never got around to listening to it but Echo Records is opening up a US office and their first release is I Am Kloot and has been reviewed in Stylus, Pitchfork and so on. So I finally got around to hearing it and damn it’s really good. I realize a newer UK album will be out very soon.

they're putting out another one? i would be excited about it, but i've been so let down by their last couple. let us know how it is...i'm crossing my fingers that it'll be good.

some cities is my number 3 right now. love it.

Charli -- everytime i read your location, i can't help but think of napoleon dynamite.... i say it in my head in his voice. this will make absolutely no sense if you haven't seen the movie.

I don't think I have many favorites so far this year...maybe LCD Soundsystem or "Wide Awake"...

Then again, I haven't gotten my mitts on Bloc/Doves/Trembling Blue Stars yet, either...
