Anyone see it? And if so, I need confirmation that I saw something in one scene.

In flashback, when Jin goes to deliver a "message" for his father in law, when he enters the home, the man's daughter is watching tv on the couch. They quickly flash to what she is watching and I'm certain Hurley was onscreen.

So did I miss a Hurley episode and is he a tv star or something or was she watching 'Lost' like the rest of us?

Yes, it was there. My wife saw it, anyway, which means it had to be there. Right?

Didn't see it last night, but Hurley is one of the best characters on TV right now and I like that the writers have kept his backstory a mystery so far. It'll make for a good episode when his past is shown.

Oh gotcha. Yea, I know him as the drug dealer in Curb.

Now that I have DVR, I will not be missing another episode of Lost, thankfully.

I loves me some Hurley, but am actually starting to get really pissed that he's the only one who hasn't yet had his backstory revealed. It's driving me insane!!!

Oh, and Sun looks SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSMOKIN' in a bikini! Kate's still the top babe on the show, but Sun is #2 with a bullet. I can't stand Shannon, though. And the Prego Aussie is also annoying. I think my wife secretly wants to leave me for Sawyer.

I think our curiousity may be over next week, he seems to be centred in the episode.

Next Episode:
Wednesday, March 2, 8/7c
"Numbers"
When Hurley becomes obsessed with the French woman and heads into the jungle to find her, Jack, Sayid and Charlie have no choice but to follow. Meanwhile, Locke asks Claire to help build a mysterious item.

Bob, you sound like my step-mother-in-law talking about Guiding Light. Lost is like a soap opera for people who hate soap operas.

I, in fact, rewound that scene just to make sure. Unless it was an episode of Made on MTV about a fat hawaiian girl who wants to learn to luau... that was Hurley.

I didn't notice hurley on that part, but I believe it.

And Sun.... is... SOOOOO hot. Holy crap... Good Goddammitty! I get spaced out when she's on, particularly when she's suddenly in a friggin bikini. The wife knows not to ask me anything during those scenes.

I thought last nights episode was great. The only bummer part was there was an AMBER alert 3 times during the show. ARGH~! Some cop telling the viewers that there was a baby missing.

Highlights of last night for me:
1. Locke knowing it was Walt inregards to the Boat.
2. Hurley on TV.
3. Hurley's CD player dying at the end... that was choice.
4. Hurley owing Walt $83,000 dollars..

This is spoiler heaven if you cant wait like me....

Enjoy...

I can't wait for next weeks episode... )

Yeah, I noticed Hurley on the television set. Also, I got all excited that he was listening to Damien Rice (Damien!).

Sawyer has showed up in a dream of mine.

And there you have my random Lost comments.

Thanks, I was wondering what he was listening to at the end. I couldn't place it.

Last night's episode was pretty good, but I definitely like Lost more when the emphasis is on all the weird stuff going on on the island, rather than the interpersonal drama. Next week's episode looks really good.

I heard hurley's back story is awesome -- can't wait to see this. And what is the status of that thing in the ground that Locke and Boone found?

(...thing in the ground) That story hasn't been touched in a few weeks, I think. Last I recall, they were digging at it, and that's it. Unless I missed something...

I have a feeling the thing in the ground will play a part in an upcoming episode. There's a 6 week hiatus coming up for Lost (yes, 6 weeks!), and they're probably going to have a huge cliffhanger ending for the show before the hiatus. The hatch might be involved, since they haven't really brought it up (kind of like they stopped talking about Claire for a few shows and then brought her back right before a 2 week break).

What's with Walt and Locke not wanting to leave the island? Locke is they're best chance at getting off the island. Will he now be an obstacle?

I'm waiting for the season one dvd.

edit: I've also apparently given up on 24 for this season too. Not that the storyline was bad or anything but I just keep on missing shows.

Well, now we know that when they get rescued... Hurley can pay Walt his $83,000 backgammon debt.

Yeah, that was a great episode. Hugo is an awesome dude. I'm going to have to seriously consider how I choose my numbers from now on.
