They were booked to play here last year and I was all set to go. Then the venue closed down like two weeks before the show. Still hopin' they come back.

I saw them live a couple of years ago and it totally blew me away.

Definitely one of the best shows I've seen... up there with 16 Horsepower.

I saw them open for Modest Mouse in Madison a couple weeks ago. I hadn't heard them before and didn't know what to except, I had pretty much the same reaction. They were great live, it was just crazy to watch them play. I really like Six Demon Bag, but still haven't heard their first album.

I should also point out that one of the ast times I saw these guys, the "bassis" Pow Pow was so fucked up he could hardly stand. Seriously, I thought his eyes were gonna burst into flames or something during the opening act (Buffalo Stance). Then he went out and fucking nailed every note and put on a perfect show. Then I talked to Ryan (Honus) about Deadwood for a half-hour.

I'm assuming they are good live? They are here at the end of the month, and its only like $12. I enjoy the albums but have never caught them in concert.
