is anyone watching this?
One of the couples lives literally across the street from me in a Brownstone. You're not really high society if you live out here although their place is pretty fucking nice. If they only knew about the riff raff across the street...
it's funny bc they WERE shooting a lot a few months ago but I thought it was like some student project...

I wouldn't think any real high society folks would be on Bravo Reality Tv.

of course, that's the best part. they wouldn't talk about how rich they were either. Or live in Brooklyn. Or have insanely heavy LI accents. They shoulda done this on Long Island it would have been historically amazing.

eh, my neighborhood was gentrified a while ago. It's like where the hipsters from Williamsburg come to spawn.

This show is amazing. So much better than the orange county version. It's a train wreck of bad parenting and being out of touch with the real world. The couple that live in Brooklyn are so fucking pretentious its ridiculous. Those kids are going to get the shit beat of them in school.

I saw them getting into their car a few days ago. Their lights were on when the show was on last night. Maybe they were watching.
Alex's kids ARE really cute but she and her husband are intolerable. Their house has like, Ikea furniture. She is such a user. Obviously just a girl with a trust fun.

I want a girl with a trust fun for sure.

I'm trying to remember in the ads if they said those people lived in Bklyn Hts or Cobble Hill or what. If I was interested in this show at all I might take my bike a few blocks south and see if I could get on the show by hitting on the wife or something. Good thing I'm never that bored.

trust funds don't bring you happiness. trust me (no pun intended)

yeah, I don't think you would be on the show if you hit on her. They finished filming like 6 months ago. In one shot you can actually see my boxes and an old mattress on the street and that, thank you very much, is the stuff of a lowly no-society person, me.

I like the Countess but Jill is my favorite. Mostly bc she reminds me of many the women around me growing up (except for the incredibly weathly part)

well it would mostly be for my own amusement, any exposure is just an added bonus.

they should film a show called REAL SCUMBAGS OF NYC or something just so people can marvel at how many beer bottles filled with cigarettes and ash you can fit on the floor of a 1 bedroom apartment

I see her all the time, I don't know, I hate her on the show but I can appreciate that it's heavily edited and they probably force her to come out a certain way and i don't want to bother her, esp bc she is with her kids and they have their own life. Though she did basically sign up for the scrutiny.

Supposedly people have told my mom that she looks like one of the women on this show, but she doesn't see it. I don't see it in the photos, but apparently it's more striking when you watch the actual show, which I don't.

This show might be my favorite on tv. Kelly, the new girl said, "I'll do anything you ask of me but don't assume I'll do everything." I still can't figure out what she meant. Unintentional comedy abounds.

I was reading/half watching when she said that and asked my wife "what was that about?" She gave me the shrug.
