I forgot about that. I should make some playlists from these mixes.

I would apppreciate it. - Thanks

I'm on it. Anyone else interested, pm me.

Not sure if this is what you meant, but you'd probably be hard pressed to find 10 people on this board who "worship" all three of those.

Well, you're definitely wrong about me already, I only worship one of the three; and that's using the word "worship" pretty lightly. I've even been pretty vocal in my dislike for Meadowlands.

What is Togg?

Just saw this part. Does "your hive" mean the hive of which I am a member, as defined by you, or the hive that people who are neither you nor me defined above?

But the us vs. them nature of this whole discussion, and many on the board, is ridiculous. Why can't someone like the Rolling Stones and Radiohead?

I mean the people you associate with the "obscure three chord guitar rock" anti-hipster hive mind.

I'm not sure who those people are, as I guess the parts of my own hive mind that posted above didn't share it with the rest of the hive.

either you're being disingenuous, or purposefully obtuse.

Read what rads' posted in response to Haq's hive mind comment again, and report back.

I'll send over a copy of Hooked on Phonics if you need it.

More likely I'm making a failed joke.

Haq (and I think some others) brought up this hive mind idea. Since they didn't list members, the only way I would know who they think is in that hive mind is if I were with them in a (literal) hive mind of our own.

There's no need to start insulting me; perhaps I misinterpreted how deeply this rift runs.

DumpJack, have you heard "Andrew's Blues" by the Stones? I think it's one of the best songs from their early period, I can't BELIEVE that they recorded it with those lyrics back in 1964.

Wait... so, if I like a Capital-C (for canadian) RAWK band that other people on this board, or think of a good album from the past few years instead of the latest Stones documentary, I'm hive-minded? I really don't understand...

As for the listed abouve, I espouse for none and like only one of those albums/bands. Besides, I was all set for some IMAX on this puppy, but my dad backed out for some reason, and I heard Mick is pretty much sailing on twitchy-autopilot for the whole thing...

Chatzy = hive.

The rest of us, regardless of music taste (which isn't by the way, what really defines your "hive"), don't really have a place where we all regularly get together and talk about other people on this board "behind their backs" more or less.
