At the above site, there is G A M E tab on the left side navigation...

I am a:

German Hovawart:

A large dog, that does equal duty as a guard dog, or a lay around companion dog.

Very cool interface in the game...

Welsh Springer Spaniel

Personality: Generally, a jock of a dog, preferring the company of men with guns, but under certain circumstances will make a perfectly contented domestic animal.

Great Dane

Despite it's size the Great Dane is a big softy. It is good natured, playful and easy to train. However, it must not be teased otherwise you risk the dog seriously misunderstanding your joke. This could prove very painful.

Alaskan Malamute

Personality
Despite it's wolfish appearance this breed is gentle, affectionate and loyal with a long memory. Owners warn of a natural stubborness that must be overcome with training.

Exactly what my wife says about me.

edit: It said pugs are "charming, intelligent and tolerant" also, they do not house train easily.

I'm a Black Russian Terrier.

"Black Russian Terriers are brave and very observant. Suspicious of strangers, they have a strong protective instinct. They avoid fighting with other dogs, although males cannot live with other big dominant dogs, but can easily live with more none-dominant or small dogs, cats, horses, rabbits etc. This breed only barks when they feel it is necessary. Quick to act, they are always ready to protect their owner and house."

He that does actually sound like me!

Here's what they look like because I had no idea until now and I doubt you do either

I'm a Briard (Berger De Brie), which is some kind of sheepdog...

Not only did I carry ammunition in WWI, I'm French...

This had better be a pretty cute dog, or else I'm not too happy with this quiz...

edit: I'm also kind, protective, and easily amused, yet have to be entertained often - not a "pat on the head and walk away" kind of dog...
I guess I can see that, but being French?

Eskimo Dog

"The only Spitz breed created and fostered in North America, developed to haul sleds in and around the Arctic circle. Shares common ancestry with the Alaskan Malamute, Siberian Husky, and Samoyed.

The Eskimo Dog is an excellent sled dog with remarkable endurance. It is also a fine guard, which rarely lives indoors with its owners, preferring the vigour of outdoor exercise and work."

I am curious as to how question one narrows things down; are there breeds that are only male or only female? Admittedly, I am not a biologist but this seems suspect.
