So far it's excellent and like it better than their first record.
Any one check it out yet?

Just wondering -

Are your copies 12 tracks or 5 tracks? Everyone has written about that "33-minute closing track", but mine is split up into the actual suites, making my final copy 12 tracks long. It makes it a pain in the ass, because it's impossible to name the final 3 tracks on Itunes.

Are there different versions out, maybe? I wish I had gotten a 5-track version. Oh well.

I haven't picked it up. I'm full up on 77 minute wankfests.

I liked De-loused but this new one is definitely a pile of turd.

For fucks sake guys, before you release an allbum, write a couple of songs first.

On the other hand, I HATED De-Loused with a passion, and Frances is my favorite album of the new year.

Haha, my friend called this album a pile of turd too.

I dig some parts of the album, and it gave me a headache in other parts.. so I stopped listening to it.

Eh.

Loved de-loused. I like the first and third songs on frances; everything else is just okay. I'll still listen to it a bunch, but seriously, what a bad follow-up -- I was really hoping they'd take a slightly different direction on this. It feels like de-loused all over again, but not as good.

didn't hear De-Loused, so I came in with no expectations and it's doing nothing for me...it's probably not gonna get too many more chances to win me over either

Count me in on the 'love it' category. I really enjoy Deloused as well. I've only listened to it once, but was pretty impressed. It doesn't really sound like anything else in my library, so it was a nice change of pace. (Also I can't believe the price it's selling for, I got it for $7.99.)

I'm probably gonna pick it up despite what a lot of people say. I have some Rewardzone gc to use.
