Anyone catch it?
I was a little disappointed; wanted a little more closure.

Still, it was a great show for the vast majority of its run.

Other thoughts.

I watched it. I thought it was a very 'safe' episode. I wanted it to go out in dramatic fashion with Sipowitz dying or something else big happening. I thought the episode was ok but this season has been pretty lame. I think they probably should have ended the show three or four years ago.

I thought the end with each person from the precinct coming in one-by-one and saying something to Andy was a terrible way to end the show. It was an obvious attempt to give everyone a few last words.

I watched it. It was okay. The only thing that really bugged me was the following: I realize this is just a tv show, but even in a fake precinct like the 15th, when would they ever put two rookie cops together? Wouldn't Jones and Clarke each have taken a rookie? Anyway, I always liked the show. I'd like to catch some of the early ones in syndication.

Sipowitz is one of the all time great tv characters, but I haven't really watched the show regularly in years.

I used to watch it slavishly but I've not had a TV for four years now and even back then I was going off it.

It was never the same after Martinez left and they replaced him with a plank of wood.

I was hoping they'd stay on the air long enough for Sipowicz to end up with Ben Seaver for a partner.

Colt Seaver would be better.

Man, that show looks bad.

I'm getting into the Shield now, it's on at the same time as NYPD Blue was and it's basically the same show.
