Because, as pointed out before, I should just keep all of these in a single thread so you can all ignore them in one place.

STEVE ISON: BritPop for fans of Martin Newell, Kinks, Robyn Hitchcock.

HUGH HAMILTON: One-man band for fans of Beatles, Kinks, Nick Lowe.

THE ALEXANDRIA KLEZTET: For fans of Klezmatics, Fiddler On the Roof, and Eastern European music, in general.

BOB ELLIOTT: Psychadelic pop music for fans of The Apples In Stereo, poppier side of The Jayhawks.

MINK: Glam rock/Power pop for fans of Foo Fighters, The Sweet, Jet.

INVISIBLE INC: Classic pop/rock with great harmonies for fans of The Byrds, Beach Boys, Everly Brothers.

More to come, no matter what you think.
And, if you do check any of these out, let me know what you think. It's good to help out the little guys.

I find that it's best to be up-front.

If I were you, I would be embarrased as hell if I ever met me in-person. Or any number of other folks on here.

Here's one that I think I've mentioned (several times) before, but he just put up a page at IAC. So it's easier to hear now... streaming.

Happy Ashtray
For fans of Yo La Tengo, Beck, wilco, Guided By Voices, Magnetic Fields.

In other words: get on this, Bort!!!

VINCENZO ARDILIO - Dance pop that makes me actually want to dance! Great hooks, too.

Just heard these guys and I think that they deserve your ear:

STRIPPOP

An Italian band that reminds me a lot of James' work with Eno in the 90's. I like it a lot. It's only 2 songs, but I am curious to hear more. Curious to know what y'all think, too.
