So I get on today, a huge chinese girl gets on and sits diagonally behind me, and this dude sits right behind me:




He smells like booze, cigs, and rotting shit. The chinese girl opens her cell phone and begins barking mandarin into it... kinda loud, but whatever. Drinky behind me mumbles "speak anglish, mu'fugger" or some such. A minute goes by, with her still yacking. He pipes up, loud this time, SPEAK ENGLISH GODDAMIT! Another minute later, he yells it again. Reeeally loud. AY SPEAK ENGLISH YOU CHINESE MOTHERFUCKER.

So I turned around and said "shut the fuck up, man. You're in Chinatown - you're gonna hear some chinese once in awhile." He rears up and slurs something about "who the fuck is YOU" and whatnot, but he's pretty drunk. He grabbed my shoulder. A guy up front yelled at the bus driver to stop and pull the guy off, but she just tilted her mirror down lower to see back there and ignored him. The guy behind Drinky grabbed him and told him to chill out. He grudgingly sat down, and continued to be pissed at not me, but the guy behind him for "touchin' me. Mu'fucking touch ME?! Unh unh unh." He kept saying this all the way home.

Really it wasn't that bad. Dude was pretty harmless. And you can't go saying shit like that to people... speak english?!

Oh and there's a new tranny who's taken up residence on the sidewalk by here. Noticed him/her this weekend, skankin' it up on the corner. Neuro gave him/her a light last night on the way to trivia, and I couldn't resist quickly snapping a shot.

All the Lincoln Startran bus routes change tomorrow, so I'm hoping to see some more interesting characters. I have the day off, but I'm going to head downtown so I know what to expect on Friday.
Since school let out, it has been old people and young women with too many kids.

this is the exact reason i think i don't have my own running tally of encounters--considering i ride the same exact route. i just hit the ipod and sit towards the back. . . the crazies are always up front. all we get in the back are gaggles of chicks talking way too loud and saying "bitch" a lot.

So, my roommate and I were taking the bus Monday morning to the gym. This guy gets on and starts yelling "Death to America. Death to Jews. Fuck you. Fuck you." Then the bus driver starts in like, "Sir, please don't fornicate on the bus." dude says fuck you a few more times, bus driver kicks dude off for fornicating. took me and My roommate all day to figure out that he should've mentioned profanity instead of fornicating.

I was driving downtown last week, i'm at a light near UT. Next to me is your typical late 40s white dude in a business suit in his black Porsche Boxster with the top down. He's not wearing his suit jacket, tie is loosened, couple buttons undone... no big deal it was hot as hell that day. He's got the smooth jazz turned up pretty loud. He's also pants-less. Just sitting in his boxers in his boxster. With his black dress socks almost up to his knees.

The light changed before I could take a picture, and it wouldn't have been subtle, cause dude caught me looking at him like he's nutty and then turned his eyes back to the road like "so what? I paid enough money for this car that I can do whatever the hell I want."

We happened to be going the same way for a few lights, but my 92 Chevy pickup couldn't keep up.

For the record: I am only 30, and was not in Austin last week
