mine keeps saying its attempting to connect, and then saying "connection timed out". And then it tries to connect again, and times out again. Is it down or is it something i did?

We're back up, kids. The ISP doubled by bandwidth (ooh, that's good) but they needed to disconnect me in order to upgrade (ooh, that's bad) but I can download twice as much in a given time (ooh, that's good) but my upload capacity is still the same (ooh, that's bad)
