My tastes run a little boring. But I think it's just because it's so hard to fuck up an old punk album or an old hip-hop album

That My Chem album is so consistently rewarding. I can't explain its appeal to me.

I'll definitely admit to enjoying some of the singles I heard from it. Never heard the whole thing though.

Recommend me some more Naked City records. Torture Garden is the only one I've heard in its entirety.

Young Marble Giants show up on a lot of lists like this. I'm not sure why. I don't hate them but I don't hear anything special at all in what they do.

They're all pretty similar except for Absinthe which, IIRC, is kinda slow.

And Lang T'che is just one long track, but my copy came as a second disc with Torture Garden.

This would be one of my Top 10...if I particpated in things like Listmania that is.

For me, I grew up playing 'Oh No, Its DEVO' on repeat....

INXS was like the first rock album I ever really loved when I was 8 or 9. It's really held up over the years.

I got super into The Police and Peter Gabriel during my Primus phase in high school. They've both held up very well for me, while Primus hasn't! PG's Security could be on a Top 150 list, probably.

Nice list, it's hard to argue with most of these.

i like INXS but Kick is probably my 4th favorite album of theirs. of course the 13 year old rparis74 would have put it #1.
