My Morning Jacket tonight on Miami Beach!!!!!!!

Sat & Sun: Kickin' it on the West Coast of Florida with some of Angelique's family, eating fresh seafood, and sneaking off for some sex in the sun.

Fri - Drowning my sorrows after Mark Bunn's transfer to Blackburn Rovers. Holsten pils, ipod shuffling, watch Man Utd v Zenit St Petersburg.

Sat - Sorting shit out for the Asia trip. Currency, purchase SD cards, other bits and pieces. Train to London, Bert Jansch @ The Roundhouse.

Sun - Sofa, tv, football.

I'll be on a plane to the future.

Leaving at 1 PM tomorrow and landing in Seoul at 5 PM on Sunday.

Ninja monthly party tonight, avoiding the call of free bottomless Jameson as much as I can, so I can hit the road early tomorrow and get up to the cottage by afternoon. Curse labour for the entire long weekend.

I fly to Bangkok, wednesday. 19 hours including the stopover at Doha. I'm fucking dreading it.

Gonna go see 9 Pound Hammer tonight. They're the band that does the theme song for 12 oz. Mouse and they've got a couple old members of Nashville Pussy in the group. They're playing some redneck biker bar outside the city...should get pretty crazy.

Rest of the weekend just the usual drunken debauchery...supposed to be fire jugglers and sword swallowers at a party on Sunday. Nothing else out of the ordinary.

Friday: half day of work. grill. maybe State Fair.
Sat: out of town, see friend from Chicago
Sun: Dillinger Four (anti-RNC stuff)
Mon: Maybe anti-war march. Hopefully go to the record store.

15 hours. I'm not looking forward to it, but at least it's a straight shot.

MONDAY: get back at 10:00am from Ft. Worth. Will attempt to enjoy my day off.

I'm hoping to stay out there for 6 months, depends on how frugal i can be. I have 60 days in Thailand, then Cambodia, Vietnam, China, Laos.

Wow, that's a serious trip. I'm a little envious. I wish I could spend more time in Korea and maybe get to go over to Japan, but I know the next two weeks are going to fly by.

Tomorrow: Talked a buddy into ordering the UGA game. So, start drinking and smoking Persian as early possible. Act a fucking fool and make everybody pissed at me, and then go Baby Ruth in their pool.

Sunday: FUCK. A. FISH. Vibe Don Draper and watch Mad Men while continuing the Kemper C. Boyd diet of smoked salmon and gin.

Fri - Finishing seeing patients; do paper work till 4:30. Tonight have dinner at Middle Eastern joint down the street. Go to the drive-in for a triple feature: Pineapple Express, Step Brothers, and The House Bunny. Watch mindless entertainment and drink Guinness from the comfort of my Kia's front seat.

Sat - Silver Jews in Pittsburgh.

Sun - Friend's annual Labor Day bash.

Mon - Relax; maybe go to the local fair and eat junk food and look at farm animals.

FRI: Leaving work early to begin research. Re-watching Citizen Kane.

SAT: getting up early, jogging, researching and reading. Lunch with fam (sister, brother, mother, and father B-Days all from 08/16 -09/02). One party fits all. Then researching to the wee hours of the morn.

SUN: Research conclusion; write first ridiculous paper of the semester.

MON: revise paper and get closer to final draft; maybe go to the final cookout of the year.

Watch some sort of College Football on TV and have a few beers

Saturday:
I work during the day before the Denver vs Lincoln Roller Derby. Then I will change clothes quick and head to a nearby bar to watch the Husker game on PPV, since I didn't try to get tickets for this one.

Sunday:
Go to the Nebraska State Fair again to see The Derailers play.

Monday:
No Plans, most likely drink beer and watch more football

I have until wednesday off due to holiday days, so it should be fun doing nothing.

Tonight - Drive to Charleston (Mt. Pleasant) to stay with FemDerris' sister and husband for her 30th birthday.

Tomorrow - Sleep in. Watch UGA/Ga Southern game. Hit the beach.

FemDerris' sister's husband has this place for a week for her birthday. It's at the tip of Sullivan's Island overlooking the Charleston Harbor/Fort Sumter.

I'm gonna do some serious NOTHING, drink some cold beer, and look at this for 3 days:

MON: Wife gets back from Seattle in the a.m., then probably bike over to the Great Scott again for their usual holiday grill-out and hipster-watching event.
