Well, buddy at Trek came through after all. Emailed me yesterday at like 3pm telling me to call him. Called him up, and he offered me the position. And for more money than I thought!

Acted pretty calm on the phone. But when I got off I screamed as loud as I could. I've been chasing this fucking job for 6 months god damn it! I'm so fucking happy right now.

PLUS today is my birthday.
PLUS I'm going to San Fran tomorrow morning.

Birthday presents so far:

North Face jacket
BOSS pedal tuner for geetar
Nikon digital camera
The Wilco Book (SWEET!)
New pair of NB's
Ray on DVD
1st Season of Sopranos on DVD
DAT JOB!!!

Thanks for listening to my rant a couple of weeks ago guys and gals. Ya'll made me feel a lot better and helped me get through it.

I only hope you'll all be there for me when I get fired for masterbating in janitor's closet.

GO SHAWTY, IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY!!

Nice Mike!

Welcome to the Bike Industry......land of stoners, hippies, and those who like to get EXXXTREEEME!!!!!!!!!

Kidding, definitely a laid back industry though.

Oh and I don't think it will be for jackin it in the janitor's closet. Me thinks it'll be along the lines of some office mixer/happy hour debacle where you "showed it" to a co-worker.

Happy Birthday and Congratulations!

Hey, uh... how cheap can you get me a bike for? Nothing fancy, just something to get me from point a to point b.

But seriously, enjoy your trip, your job, and the rest of your birthday.

Congrats on the job!

Also, congrats on being born on the 8th and not the 7th. Not that there's anything wrong with the 7th...

Congrats.

Oh, Willie. Loop me a single and steal third like there's an 8-ball of cut blow sitting on the bag. We'll always have '85.

He's gotta wait for us to get off work! Well, to be fair I suppose he doesn't. Hell, he could get trashed now, crash at like 1 in the afternoon, sleep it off, and be in fighting shape again by 6! Now that's celebratin'.

Now hold on to our pocket!

hmmm. Busty in a coat and tie in what looks like the Little 5 Front Page News at night?

I'm guessing wedding followed by some stumblings to Five points.

I think this is in WISConssin at Ky's wedding.

And the dude on the left was in my Algebra class.

That was indeed at my wedding, but I'm unsure of the exact location... as is Busty I'm sure.

You can probly trace it to this:

[img][650:433]http://img12.exs.cx/img12/5122/roundup0083gd.jpg[/img]

then this:

[img][650:433]http://img12.exs.cx/img12/6449/roundup0141qo.jpg[/img]

which led to this:

[img][650:433]http://img12.exs.cx/img12/8382/roundup0210lv.jpg[/img]

so the end result was not so surprising:
