It's my favorite PJ album at this point - Ten and Vs are amazing, but talk about 2 albums you never need to hear again. - but I am certainly not shocked it's not on the list. I think a lot of the toilet bowl eater set around here even rate Vitalogy (one of the worst albums ever made) higher than Yield.

I rarely play Ten anymore, and more accurately when I feel like hearing PJ, I usually go for one of the live albums, but I can still get off on Vs. though. Vitalogy, man I don't know. I don't hate it that much, but it's iffy.

Vitalogy has a couple of pretty awful songs on it, but I think Gar just has some kind of glandular disorder that causes him to emit hyperbole uncontrollably.

Somewhere in the 40s I think. As was noted in the thread, would've been top 20 if Dalen hadn't pouted.

I'm beginning to hate some of you fuckers now.

To say that Pavement or Radiohead don't belong is just your ignorant farsightedness.

Where's Marvin Gaye or Otis Redding? Huh? Fuck you and your predication towards "balls is all". Grow some.

me too

But im mostly surprised that 'Forgot it in people' hasnt made an appearance - i seem to remember it on a lot of lists.

I have no problem with Stones, Dylan, Clash, etc. ranking higher than BSS.

The fact that Arcade Fire did however...

CR, CR is easily the best pavement album...S&E is good but its got Two States and Conduit For Sale which are two of the most annoying songs in the Pavement catalog.

plus CR, CR has Stop Breathin' which contains one of the best/worst lyrics in indie rock history...it cracks me up every time

Stop Breathin' Stop Breathin'
