wow that album sounds great! I ignored them until today because hearing white stripe songs out of every corner for years made me sick.

I am about to listen to this album for the first time.

I have not heard their last album. In fact, I am not sure I have ever heard anything by them.

Here goes...

hey yail, did you go see them the other night?

I wasn't crazy about their show at the tabernacle a couple years back.

This album isn't reall grabbing me much. I like "Many Shades of Black", "Attention" and maybe "Rich Kid Blues"....

This is how I felt about the last one. I liked "Steady As She Goes" but that was it. I didn't even give this one a chance.

I like Jack White a lot so I'm disappointed these aren't better albums.

No kidding.

Really good record that holds up and seems stronger this far on.

I just didn't think the first album had the same punch as White Stripes albums. I realize they're supposed to be a totally different band but I find The Raconteurs' songs just don't really grab me. Maybe the new album would be different if I gave it a chance but I didn't care for the first one much at all.

Shame Andy. Consolers is really good. Much better than the previous and better than most Stripes albums. You should give it a chance.

i really never gave the first album a chance but this one was surprisingly good, if a little long. it probably wouldn't make my top 20 for this year but it's a pretty solid album.

In that case, maybe I'll check it out after all.
