i prefer vegemite. give me fresh baked bread, sharp cheddar cheese, butter, and vegemite, and i will cure any hangover that alcohol can produce.

The same thing can be cured with a much better breakfast of bloody mary's. Feel free to add steak/eggs/quiche etc... as your tummy sees fit.

I'm so-so on Hazelnut. I came across a dark chocolate spread that was way better than Nutella a few years ago that I've never been able to find again, much to my dismay. Never had this Marmite stuff.

I prefer something with some spice to it to cut through the grime, shock my taste buds and help with a hangover. Menudo anyone?

Learned that the hard way, and yeah if you go in strong, it'll knock you back, no problem. I did learn though, the right way to apply it thin and its actually not bad. I don't eat it every morning, I do however, pull it out sometimes.

Vegemite is much better, but vegemite breath and continuously seeing it leftover on peoples' faces mid-morning have put me off it for life.
