UGH.

Who says you have to limit your drinking to days ending in -ay?

One or two before you go to bed can do wonders, if you're in a really stressed out mood...

That, or you can just buy one of these, like I did last night - it's amazing how a good one of these can relax you:

Are you writing papers on Big Chief tablets or something? You didn't save the paper to disk?

I'm more concerned about your welfare than trying to come off as a twat, by the way.

We had two feet of snow overnight, Tried to barrel the car through the driveway with only a cursory shovelling this morning. Got stuck. Guess I'm gonna have to dig out under the car sometime today.

haha. of course i have it saved, but the thing is we have to incorporate our "peer reviews" into the paper and turn that information in with our final draft. since i don't have that because of some idiot, does that mean my grade goes down? fuck that! i'm just really irritated at that.

and btw, cotton, i really haven't been drinking like i normally do. especially because i've been sick. and "awhile" is like 2-3 weeks for me. that's a long time. ;)

i could so go for this right about now:

sans the martini glass, martini's are for wusses.

I can't believe a Southern Califonian bought that contraption. I'm so disappointed in you, Kyle. *sniffle* I had such hopes for you. :(

Hopes, dreams...those are intangibles...
Quesadillas? Now those are something I can sink my teeth into...

Puma, darlin, go talk to your professor and explain the situation. You will look more responsible, and he/she will look even more irresponsible. I bet you can get maaad points for being on the up and up.

And, martinis are made with gin, but I agree with Aural, dirty is the way to go. Last time I checked, drinking anything straight ain't for pussies.

Ohhh, no gin for me. Tania + gin = very ugly. However, Tania + vodka = very happy.

In the James Bond books, he drinks them half Vodka, half Gin...but he also drinks High Life as well, so take that with a grain of whatever.

really? I'm surprised Ian Fleming even knew what the high life was....even so it fills me with not pride, but...less shame.

Well, it was in one of the one's where he comes to America..oh, Goldfinger. You have to remember that there weren't that many beers on the market in the mid fifties. It's really kind of funny, though, because they read more like a how to guide to being a pimp, with some spy intrigue, than they do anything else.

i blame this thread for my going out last night (between two 14 hour days, no less) and having many beers while watching the south park rerun at the bar. Now i'm still a little tired and have sex-change operation footage stuck in my head. ugh.
