Trying to mentally force this chick to call you has got me all disenturbulated. Perhaps on your messages to her you should be a little more Tone 40.

...and see, this ties in with the job thread. Get you a second job so you can afford to buy spiritual enlightenment, as well as the ability to go Tone 40.

Though your problem seems solved chase, I need some of this mojo. I've decided to go scorched earth...I can't get this lady on the phone, and she is the one who decides whether I get the job that I really wanted in DC. So, I'm going to send an email and call every day...even if all I get is a "quit fucking calling me, asshat" it'll be worth it.

Have any rappers succumb to Scientology? I know it's typically a white actor thing (Cruise, Travolta), or at least veteran, somewhat past prime (in terms of popularity anyway), r n' b thing (Isaac Hayes, Al Jarreau), but weirder things have happened in hip-hop in the last few years. I mean, I could swear one of the Ca$h Money Records crew died from a heroin overdose... Now, how many rappers have been shooting horse lately? Maybe indie-rappers -- does cLOUDDEAD like the needle? --, but when I say rappers, I mean ones of whom normal people have heard, i.e. Luda or Fitty.

Darlin’ don’t you go and cut your hair
Do you think it’s gonna make him change?
I’m just a boy with a new haircut
And that’s a pretty nice haircut
Charge it like a puzzle, hit me wearin’ muzzles
Hesitate to die, look around, around, the second drummer’s drowned
His telephone is found

Music scene is crazy, bands start up each and every day
I saw another one just the other day
A special new band
I remember lying
I don’t remember lies
I don’t remember what
But I don’t care, I care, I really don’t care
Did you see the drummer’s hair?

Advertising looks and chops a must
No big hair!!
Songs mean a lot
When songs are bought
And so are you-
Bitch, rant down to the practice room
Attention and fame so
Career, career, career....

Eh, don't poo-poo a nickel Lisa...I mean an internship Chase. After 5 inglorious years at an institute of higher ed, I was forced to take one at a PR company..that led me to my esteemed position today. But, I have a feeling if I hadn't taken it, I'd be working at Loco's with my boy Scotty D...so, they have their benefits, and at least its paid.

I had 2 internships while I was in college, neither of which actually have a thing to do with what I do now.

They do look pretty good on your resume though and the first one I had I didn't do a thing all summer except nail the boss.
