Tuesday Morning will sell Le Cresuet up to 60% off, but you have to move on it because it will sell out quickly. The colors are usually sort of ugly though.

They have factory outlet stores that will have occasionally crazy sales as well. I'm pretty sure that's where my FiL got our initial three piece set.

There's a classic Moroccan sauce used for cooking fish called charmoula-

* 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
* 1 garlic clove, minced
* 1 1/4 cups finely chopped fresh cilantro
* 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh Italian parsley
* 2 sections of preserved lemon, diced
* 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
* 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
* 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

It's fantastic.

Of course, i made em.

They taste delicious provided you're not obliterated when you're grilling them.

I only had two beers during the course of NYE. What's happened to me?

Anyhow, i still love the way those stankburgers taste, but i also want to not sleep on the couch.

I lb ground beef
1 egg
1 small finely minced onion
lots and lots of minced garlic, probably a good 3/4 of a cup
package of lipton french onion soup mix
salt and black pepper to taste

basically your favorite burger recipe with a ton of garlic mixed in.

Sometimes i'd double the recipe and do a lb. of italian sausage in there too.

yes that's 3/4 of cup, but i'd eyeball it and smell it. I was pretty liberal with the garlic. Sometimes i'd mix in crumbled blue cheese or feta to help it stick together and smell more. Plus the cheese would keep it from drying out a bit for the assholes who want their burger well done.

Phil - the stank burgers remind me of the time my dad and I made roasted garlic, and both proceeded eat probably three whole bulbs each.

His wife tried to make us sleep outside.

I don't understand how it can smell so good, taste so good, and yet repel women so quickly.

The trick is to include them during garlic ingestion.

I'm pretty sure that Koreans of both sexes use it instead of perfume.

They are always impressed by this round eye who can eat whole cloves of raw garlic.

I'm gonna hit the K-town Supermarket and get some Kim Bap for lunch today.

Yeah, I've got a shitload of leftover pulled pork BBQ to devour. Finally finished off the last of the ham in a huge omelet this morning.

If you're talking about the tagine, the answer is no- they can be done in dutch ovens, or even crock pots, so I've heard.

Nothing too exciting, but unbelievably delicious:

Split Pea Soup.

I'll give the recipe if anyone is interested. It's easily the simplest thing I have ever made.
