And so it began. As I'm in the UK, everything we've thought of so far is England-related at some perverse level.

Enormodome - Spinal Tap reference (and we're big... or at least expanding)
Colinswood - Sketch + Obner (and it's English sounding)
Horncastle - 'cause it a real place with the word 'horn'
Hypermarket - see above, no horn

You, of course, may have something totally better. What say ye?

I like

renbo

or

obnerenbo (cause it's a mirror word, whatever they are called)

or

7-11 (because we never close)

or

Coliwood (without the 'N' so it sounds like Dollywood)

Wow! More love for Colinswood than I first expected.

Here's a bump.

Though I am not on this, yet, I believe the original idea for an obner P2P network was FTs, and he named it Loog Central, after me...so somehow, this has to be named after me. Because I rule. Unless y'al wanna call it Enormodome, becaue that's awesome.

I need to get instructions...if it's MAC compatible...

I've got tons of CDs and, with the love given to me from other Obners who use P2P's, I might as well start sharing some of my own / be able to put something up for someone else if I have it & they want it...

Guess who came up with that one? Hint: same jackass who came up with Loog Central. Maybe if you and the ATL posse joined up, we'd be more inclined to name this endeavour (spelled with a "u" because it's hosted by Sketch) in your honor.

Actually, I didn't come up with "Enormodome" as much as I stole it from that scene in This is Spinal Tap when they asked Duke Fame's manager (played by Dr. Johnny Fever) where Duke was playing that night.

FT, i don't believe that you are ever really on Colinswood.

You need to get on Colinswood more.

Starting Monday, I will now be on every weekday from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. central time (unless I'm on vacation, which I will be from 3/18-25). I've rigged up an external DSL workaround at my office that bypasses the corporate firewall which had been preventing my presence in Colinswood.

But expect to start seeing me there on a (week)daily basis, from this point forward.

LONG LIVE COLINSWOOD!!!

I didn't do it myself, so much as I BSed the corporate telecom guys into doing it for me. They're contractors, so they aren't as beholden to corporate policies as they should be.
