Reading "Killing Yourself to Live" by Klostermann right now. I just finished a book called "I love You, Beth Cooper" by a former Simpsons' writer. It was a high school comedy that was fairly entertaining.

I've got "Under the Banner of Heaven" by John Krakauer up next.

You should watch Eric Rohmer's "My Night At Maud's", that is the basis and heavily referenced throughout. Also, I'll need to re-watch the film now that I've read up on Jensenism, which Pascal was quite a bit ingrained with.

William T. Vollmann Rising Up and Rising Down. I'm from Sacramento, and since he lives there, I've been meaning to read something by him for a while.



Don Quixote for a book club I joined recently. It's good, but it's starting to drag a bit.

Have you read it before? It's one of my favorite books, but I wish I'd read it in a lit class as there's so much that goes over my head.

Lemme know what you think. I'm a sucker for that series, but I'm a little hestitant to rush out and read something this peripheral. I'd rather she just let it rest and did something new.
