That would make me weep with joy. You all think I won't call or write him, but I most certainly will.

Also, Jon... why don't you ask Dave Fridmann if he knows Jon Brion for me? Also, tell Mr. Fridmann I'm a big fan of his work as well, and I'd consider him very strongly as a backup choice.

For rillz.

i just asked his wife. they've met him. will try for some digits

Well Chad isn't having any luck. So bump for Jon Brion. I know you're out there somewhere.

Just a few suggestions...

1. write the letter C/O Largo? Call Largo and see if you cant get a way to talk to him?

2. Contact Richard Kraft and see if you can get him to pass it along.

3. Contact someone from Synecdoche, New York (Charlie Kaufman?) or someone's publicist/agent and see if you cant get his agent/publicist's name or something.
(I had luck that way tracking down a h.s. friend who is an actor).

Anyway good luck- but Im a pessimist by nature.

yeah, it's probably not promising, but it doesn't hurt to try and fail.

PoD your continued involvement, expertise and creative engagement in the music world allows you to approach it more so than others. Evaluate. Go forth, man.
