Janeane Garafalo is essentially playing the same character.
Her mannerisms and everything were so similar....

This season is good, but ridiculous. I would like it to be the last, with Jack waking up in his own bed around hour 18, glancing at a picture of Suzanne Pleshette on his nitestand, then getting up to use the lav & finding his gay-lover (played by Patrick Duffy) in the shower. All six-plus seasons would have been a dream, with "Jack Bauer" actually being Peter Masters, florist*.

... But in a twist worthy of My own worst enemy in hour 22 or 23, we see "Jack"/Peter apprehended by FBI & taken into custody. Dream, double-life, or mistaken identity?

The only other "real" character will have been the daughter, but much younger, played by Dakota Fanning.

*Don't know which is gayer, the name or the occupation.

i know it was a couple of episodes ago but that big cliffhanger at the end where dubaku has a girl and he's supposed to go to dinner at her house was up there with the cougar stalking kim on this show for ridiculousness.

OK, we all admit that some of this season has been totally unreal and off the wall, however this is TV, and with that, this was by far my FAVORITE season of 24 yet....

Chloe is the sole reason I stopped watching. I heard she was only in it for that one season, but I quit about 12 hours into that season.

so apparently next season is taking place in NYC and mykelti williamson, freddie prinze jr, doug hutchison and katee sackhoff are joining the cast. sounds cool.
