Cary just hit the stage for his first performance.
I wanted to take the day off, but in this econ. climate... it's not wise. I'll see him on opening NIGHT (tomorrow).

I'm nervous for him and can't get my mind off of it.

Oy.

Ol Stage Marm PopTodd :)

I know.
Ain't I, though?!

'S Ok. Sounds like dude is getting it done, though. Stop fretting like your bubbie.

Not fretting. I know that he's getting it done.
Just wanted to be there for him.

Holy cow, I'm at the vet's again and who walks in? Bubbas 1 and 2 - this time with their other dog, Shamu.

Oompa Loompa is now sitting nezt to me. He's unbathed, wearing disheveled and filthy clothes. The dog is cleaner than this dude.

The vet's office is almost as good as a Boston bus ride.

OK, calling 911 maybe too far.

But I can kinda see getting a cop in on that. I pay money and then someone tells me...oh, we don't have what you paid for, so we're just gonna give you whatever we want in exchange and no way we can give you your money back...we're gonna have a problem.

When I read the story, I was kinda thinking the same thing...

"Sorry, we're out of McNuggets. Here's a tasty burger."
"Nah, I really wanted McNugs. Can I get my money back?"
"No. Take the burger."

I'd be pretty angry too...

So Obama walks into a bar with a parrot on his shoulder.

Bartender says "where did you get that?"

Parrot says "Kenya, they are everywhere!"

I think there was some talk about that in Europe somewhere

the problem is that it will take all of a day for someone to figure out a hack to get around it

Peter King (R-NY) has introduced it, but there's little to no support for it.
