getting rid of shit in prep for the move to a much smaller place, we gave our couch away on craiglist. It was cool, 70's, low, yellowish, but heavy as fuck and kinda scuffed up now. I'm glad to be rid of it, it's a 4-man lift.

The people who just came to get it, the wife tells me, are set designer people for a film company, and told her it was going to be used in a "major movie." ?? They've got no particular reason to make it up, the thing was free. Do I just watch previews now for a familiar couch?

did you tell them it had pee on it?

after they're done filming on it, pee will be the least offensive stain on the couch.

I'm thinking the top I wore to work today is a bit too low cut. Good thing I work in West Hollywood, only the trannies wish they had this much cleavage showing.

Maybe I'm faggy, I don't get the typical male fascination with flexible women.

I mean... I guess it can provide a good clear view if I need to draw a diagram. Or it's nice to look at.

But if in terms of sexual application... this provides me with nothing but more ways to bend my dick in a direction it doesn't want to go.

Oh you can put your feet behind your head? That's great but it doesn't make sex feel any better...it just looks like it's hurting you more.

I dunno.

Dalen to thread.

We got a promotional ad from Macy's in the mail this week that had a card attached and asked for people to come in and see if they had won a gift card.

Wife just called me a few minutes ago to let me know we won a $500 gift card (has to be spent by Monday). Guess i'll be going shopping tomorrow.

One chef I would not borrow a turkey baster from

'Iron Chef' Cat Cora and partner both pregnant
March 13, 2009, 5:25 PM EST
LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Things are about to get crowded in Cat Cora's kitchen.

The "Iron Chef America" star says on her MySpace page that she and her partner, Jennifer, are each expecting a son.

"(Jennifer) carried my embryo and I carried hers," Cora told OK Magazine. "It's like surrogating, but obviously all of our kids are equal."

The same anonymous sperm donor fathered all four children.

The 41-year-old Food Network chef says she and her 37-year-old partner will deliver their babies about three months apart. The couple already has two sons: Zoran, 5 and Caje, 22 months.

On my second Mai Tai and yet the pain of listening to this opening band is not going away.

Bell, some band outta NY - cute singer attempting to convince us she's the next Bjork. Oh yes, there have been failed attempts. Sorry but there isn't enough echo or alcohol to convince me otherwise.

My apologies to those who may be fans. Fuck it, what's wrong with you? This band is plain awful.

five of six bands i saw this weekend were from either atlanta or athens. the worst part was hearing the tomahawk chop as one band's intro music. c'mon, seriously?

Ran an 8K this morning. The verdict? I do GREAT on flats and downhills. Inclines? Not so much.

I think it's time to focus on the bike.

this is probably one of those things that was best off remaining on the internets.

yeah. i enjoyed trances arc, dead confederate and gentleman jesse & his men all quite a bit. the whigs were all right. black lips were... ok.

the whigs were the guilty party. they played it before the encore too.
