so somehow, I went until yesterday before ever hearing this beautiful song.

shewilleatyou can not believe it either. apparently everyone knows this song. i think it might have been a big in chicago area thing? or maybe other large cities only?

in 1996 i was a freshman or sophomore at a tiny highschool in the middle of the woods. i'm just shocked that there is this nasty popular song i never heard. i had my own copy of m.c. luscious and shit.

you guys have all heard this right?

If you do a good mix, you can get through the first 12-16 bars easy, then maybe through the first chorus before anyone really knows what's going on...

Maybe as a best man/bridesmaid introduction?

the cool thing about akinyele is that he is a legitimately good rapper, he just decided to make really dirty rap.

One of those rare occasions when I knew what the thread was about before clicking. I was just wondering today, do they still play this at frat parties? It was legitimately inescapable in 1996.

Don't think I've ever heard it. 'Course I got married in '96.
