Bill Withers Live At Carnegie Hall

One of those live albums that prove to be an exception to the rule of live albums kinda sucking. On this one, his voice is front and center the whole time and when you've got a voice like Bill Withers, that works out just fine. Excellent versions of his biggest songs, performed at the peak of his powers.

I guess so. It's what pops on a search. No good?

My first thought was that the covers look absolutely awful.

I mean, they're awful. And really, I shouldn't be surprised because Prince album covers have been awful for a long time.

That first one is super cheesy, and the second one is that plus really amateurish-looking Photoshop collage.

The first looks like some black prog rock epic from 1972, while the latter looks like an amateur's interpretation of Eddie Hazel's Game, Dames and Guitar Thangs.
