Wants?

Done and done. God Bless prescription medication and the lenient policies of the West Hollywood Branch of 24-Hour Fitness...

Oh, and also... I've never read Paris Hilton's blog. I've never been that kind of gay...

My wife just won a pair of tickets to see the Grateful Dead at a tiny club in NYC on Monday. Only 40 pairs were given out....Good for her! I volunteered to stay home!

There's a freaking snowstorm going on right now. Thankfully,it's been warm this week,so only 4 or 5 inches will stick.
(Insert global warning joke here)

I like how you're assuming that I read it on a regular basis or something.

Currently enjoying some new Church tuneage, contemplating the rain outside my window, everything a brilliant wet green. I just got done watching the BSG finale, and not really sure what I think besides I thought it was a bit of a letdown. Not sure what the day holds, but low-key seems welcomed. Maybe assembling a crockpot recipe? I foresee indulging in a Strongbow later too.

I have two dogs snoozing on my floor, and the sound of their breathing calms me.

Finished the mix on one song.
Recorded another.
Drinking good beer and hanging out with old friends in the beautiful wooded area outside of the Wisconsin Dells.

It's nice to be me now.

Well that line doesn't work too well in Wisconsin either. I was at an afterbar last weekend and I announced that "fingerblasting starts in 10 minutes". It only took five minutes for the three women present to promptly exit. They sucked at guitar hero anyways...it's kind of a reciprocal deal you know, and they best have some dexterity in those digits.

I just realized that, come Wednesday, State Tax is going up in California...

To 9.75%. Seriously, I spend a dollar, the state takes an extra dime?

Them's ridiculous.

My 9-year-old got halfway through Stalag 17 and was forced to turn it off by his little brother (7), who was bored.
But Cary is desperate to see the rest of it.
Great taste, kid!

So on a local NPR show this morning they were talking about earthquakes and how there's been a ton of seismic activity in the Salton Sea in So Cal, then my apartment starts shaking an hour later. It was a 4.6 near Morgan Hill which is just South of San Jose. Not big at all, just funny it happened right after hearing that segment.

Them's is ridiculous, but at least you don't have to pay Jersey taxes. If Jon Crapzine gets his way we'll have to pay both state and local income taxes on top of the Federal income tax. Combine that with awful property taxes and messed up auto insurance and...well it gets hard to hold onto anything you make.

I'd leave, but my current job and education situations are here and...well they actually tax you if you move out of the state as well! Fuckin' exit tax...ain't that a bitch.

True story... I asked my web developer to create some csv files of online form data so we could better track who was filling out some PPC forms (pay per click, meaning we pay money any time someone visits the page, which is nearly $8k per month lately). This is after he didn't troubleshoot the forms we'd been using, and we missed out on about 300 inquiries. So I've asked him to create these csv files for about 14 online forms (some are already done). His response?

Quote:
Creating CSV will take a while. It is a very laborious process.

Guess what, fuckwad? ANY job is a laborious process. Do your fucking job!

Anybody know any good Cold Fusion developers looking for work? ;)
