You do hear flourishes of slow-burn Crazy Horse songs like 'Cowgirl in the Sand', but that might throw some off because it's not a guitar album by any means. There's all sorts of instrumentation going on, definitely southern, but more folk and blues than straight out rawk. It's bit more mid-tempo than anything, more suited for drinking beer on the porch.
