acquitted because of a cell phone movie the guy made which showed the girl was into it. . . . and she didn't know he was filming.

scary that one little cell phone video was the difference between acquittal and four rape charges.

This sounds to me like some variation on the age-old tale of a young girl hitting on some older dude for free drinks or blow or whatever, who thinks she's ripping this pathetic dude off and having a laugh, and plans to blow him the fuck off, until she drinks too much and ends up fucking him.
