So I have a handful of albums that are Mp4, WMA, and 1 or 2 that are FLAC formats. I need a program or programs that can allow me to convert them to mp3. I used to have a great mp4 (m4a) to mp3 converter...but I don't remember what it was, it was on my other computer. I should probably look for it. Anyway, and most of the freeware on download.com sucks.

So um. Anyone know anything I can get or that they can send me?

warning, (dbpoweramp is awesome,) but the new version, (I think it's 11) makes you buy it to be able to convert to mp3's after a couple weeks. I use it all the time.

I have version 10 that doesn't make you buy it if ya are interested in getting a copy of the file.

Unless you bought it from the iTunes store.

This is the situation for me right now. I need an audio converter for a Mac that will convert .m4a to .mp3.

EDIT: solution - burn .m4p (.m4a-protected) to disc, then rip that disc back onto your CPU, problem solved.
