Upon further speculation, this looks to be another instance of a case taking so long to try that the jury looses touch with common sense. With all those people testifying that Spector had a habit of pulling guns on women, how the hell could you think this was anything other than his fault? And who kills themselves in the home of a stranger?

This is only speculation though.

I believe he did it. I also believe he is whacked out of his mind, especially with that hair style, but I definitely don't believe they should have wasted this much time and press on the case.
I seriously doubt this guy would need to serve jail time for this even if he was found guilty, he probably needs to be in a mental hospital or at least frequently supervised by some sort of authority figure.

I watched our version of "american idol" the other day and instantly lol'd because of this guy's hairdo...

I mean, I thought only insane music producers could favour this kind of look...
