Uncle Tupelo: March 16-20, 1992

Still my favorite Uncle Tupelo by far. When I think of this group, this is the sound I remember. Sure, they made more records where they were playing their electric guitars and they played many a raucous gig. But I also just remember the guys and their guitars and this is just a great example of them at their best in such a setting. For me, they were a decent rock band to get loud and rowdy, but when they slowed it down like this, they were something special.

i did...liked it a lot too, thanks again. too early to tell whether i like it better than 1 or not, this one is kinda all over the place so it's gonna take a few listens to really sink in.
