Thanks, everyone.

No plans yet, i'll probably spin by quality seafood and see what looks good and go from there, although we had seafood last night.

I poached some tilapia in white wine, butter, and garlic with a pinch of black pepper and salt, and then finished in the oven under some homemade alfredo and parmesan.

The rest of the alfredo went over some cheese tortelloni with shrimp scampi. Some steamed broccoli with grated parm on the side, and some garlic bread.

Tonight may end up more low key than that.
