I have tickets for both The Doves and Mogwai this Saturday. Since Twilight Sad is not accompanying their fellow Scotsmen (and because I've seen Mogwai loadsatimes), I'm gonna go see my beloved Doves instead.

Would anyone like a Mogwai ticket?

That blows, I've liked their music for a while, but never knew what they looked like and now I'm in love with the lead singer. He looked so snazzy in a gray sweater.

Met him in Austin a couple of years ago...definitely an interesting lad. And agree on the love part. ;)

I concur.

I came in late to a show of theirs around 2001, and the only spot I could get close was right in front of the enormous stack of speakers. I seriously didn't get my hearing back properly for three months AT LEAST. A physical assault of sound, and I'm not exactly the biggest Mogwai fan.

They weren't as bad in 2006.
