OK, a friend's hard drive crashed with no backup. Most all of the music is on an iPod. What's the best way to get the music from the iPod back onto a Mac?

Help would be greatly appreciated.

There are a lot of programs that will let you do this. I use a free program called Senuti that can be found here http://www.fadingred.com/senuti/

Thanks for the link GTV. I definitely plan on checking that out. I'd been frustrated at not being able to transfer songs off of my ipod touch, but this claims to work the the touch. Makes my life much simpler if it does...
