Dude, your tagline should be the headline from that story you posted to Facebook:

"Bright, Strange campaign manager starts consulting group"

Are you kidding me? That's fantastic. I had to read the first paragraph to understand why on earth the author would choose those two adjectives.

Seriously, sometimes these things just write themselves.

Bright and strange indeed.

The "look" is fine- serious young professional. The "pose" does not jive with the "look"- it's saying, "I'd rather be in a wife beater pounding cheap vodka, and I'm in no hurry to do another fucking thing for you or anyone else."

Same scene, but sit up in the damned chair. Or better yet, push the chair up to your desk and tell that camera that you're ready to make some yokel the next J. Lister Hill.

Point taken. Lister's great-grandson is one of my clients.

Somebody liked it:

Mowery Puts Up His Shingle: Dave Mowery, the man who guided Montgomery Mayor Bobby Bright to victory in Alabama's 2nd district last year and then elected Todd Strange to Bright's old position earlier this year, is starting his own consulting firm named, appropriately, Mowery Consulting Group. "I have a proven ability to not only raise money but to show candidates how to spend that money in the most effective manner and to win races," said Mowery of his new shop. The firm will be based in Montgomery, joining Democratic pollster John Anzalone in the Cradle of the Confederacy.

Also proof that newspaper writers are so desperate for copy that they will print ANYTHING handed to them instead of actually having to come up with an original thought.

The best thing about my business model is that so many people just don't fucking realized this.

I am waiting on 1 more story/blurb from The Hill newspaper, and that will have put us in the local paper, the post, a strong hill rag and there is a local blog here that everyone reads.
