We're in the middle of season 4 now via netflix. Though we're taking a break for a few days.

I don't want to spoil for anyone else but what happened the third episode of the season really flipped me out something fierce. I'm devastated to be honest.

So I missed the last episode, #20 called Island in a Sea of Stars. For some reason, it is not online at Scifi.com, nor hulu.com even though they've had every episode up to this point. What gives?

i just finished season 2. i'm probably gonna start 3 next week.

The last few episodes of the series won't be up on SciFi.com or Hulu until 8 days after they air.

i have been waiting to see season 4, but the GD vid stores don't have it yet! arg.

I haven't seen the last 2 episodes, but they're sitting on my hard drive. I can't really decide if I like the way this last half-season has headed entirely, but I clearly have forgotten plenty in the break. so I think I'm gonna wait until it's all out and plow through 'em.

i just started season 3 today and it's great except for apollo in the fat suit.

and please tell me amanda plummer's character is only in that one scene. i can't stand her.

just started tonight with the miniseries. i guess saying frack is no worse that saying feck. . . and that's a real thing.

liked it though. lots of knowing glances in the direction of firefly. . . especially the space-shakey-cam which is a useful effect. looking forward to letting it fill the void left by lost.

at some point (though off in the distant future), I'm gonna have to go back and watch this without the lengthy season breaks.

I still think this show lost me for about a season somewhere towards the end, but then climbed back on the rails for the last one and a half or so. I wish it was as good as Firefly, but then humor is not a strong point here. Replaced with dead-eyed hopelessness half the time and you watch Tighe just... well, be Tighe for a few years.

season 3 starts to get a little brutal

so, having watched the intro miniseries i can see this being good, but i'm also at a point where i can walk away. my question is whether the series is *that* good that i should dive in to 5 seasons' worth.

is it "lost good" or just "heroes good"? i've heard that it's pretty crushingly bleak most of the time.

2nd opinions? it seems i'm unsuccessfully trying to find a reason *not* to blow hours of life.

It's definitely better than Heroes and I think it's better than Lost too. I liked the miniseries, but the show gets much better later on.

the thing with the first chunk is that it seems like they wrote it not knowing or expecting it would hit as well as it did. i wasn't particularly drawn in by the first couple of episodes either. but it does get really interesting the further you dig.

like i said, it starts to get really good at 2 and 3

After being extremely skeptical in the beginning, I can say this show is definitely worth my time.

Certainly Lost good and almost The Wire good.
