I have tried a bunch of buddhist/meditation ones but they're usually bad.
My teacher records some of his classes online and I listen to them sometimes but you have to go to the site, download and put into itunes. I prefer to go life, naturally.

my friend jim who does Jersey Beat does a cool podcast. usually it's NJ/NY punk/rock/pop/indie bands, although recently he has been playing stuff for the upcoming Insub Fest.

i like it because i can listen and find something NEW to me (even within the small niche of pop punk-ish stuff i listen to) and sometimes new quality stuff is hard to come across.
