Dammit, why do I have to pick between Pink Flag and Drums and Wires? Two of my favorite albums.

I went with Pink Flag.

I'm gonna be pissed if The Clash and Weezer win this one.

REEEEELEEEEEYYYYY hard one.
XTC, Clash, or Wire?

It's gotta be Wire... a definite top-5 for me.

Fucking great Reg Rock album that I am glad I came around on....

Hard for me to vote against The Blue Album, but in this case, it was necessary.

The Clash, Bjork would actually be my 2nd.

Yeah, I mean I know everyone hates seeing it on lists but it's not the fault of the album's quality? It's like when a dynasty sports team wins season after season.

"Sorry we're so awesome."

I disagree. Outside of the title track and a few other songs, it sounds really timid to my ears. There's also a bunch of weak filler tracks (Jimmy Jazz, Lost in the Supermarket, Lover's Rock, etc.). London Calling is my least favorite, pre- Combat Rock Clash album.

I really don't get the love. I'll take it over Weezer anyday though.

The title track is one of my least favorite, actually. For me this album doesn't really get going until "Hateful". From there on it stays pretty good outside of "Lover's Rock" (and it's easily much better than Give 'Em Enough Rope), but I agree with your general sentiment. The inflated love for this album has always been kinda puzzling to me, and I don't like it as much as their s/t by a long shot, US or UK version.

Oh and FUCK. WEEZER.

I'm pretty sure I put London Calling before Drums and Wires in my listmania. But I went with Drums and Wires this time.
