I know, huh.

That song kinda sucks guys.

I wouldn't say it sucks, but I don't like it, either.

And I don't want to be one to complain about the results, but I totally called this bullshit. Weezer and The Clash. Fuck you guys.

I have no argument with The Clash, but WEEZER?
Over XTC and Wire?!?!

I mean, I like that Weezer album, but no way is it better than either of those other albums.

Yeah, of course I fully expect London Calling to win most or all of these, but Weezer is the big disappointment.

This is not directed at anyone in particular but I had no problems at all voting for The Blue Album so fuck you all.

It's Obner's FAVORITE album, not best. I love London Calling and Pink Flag and I could argue that they are more important albums but I've listened to that Weezer album tons more than either.

I reserve the right to be completely fickle with my criteria and for this particular poll I went with the one I listened to most. On a different day I could've gone with the Clash or Wire.

To me, it's pure pop goodness.

It's hard to separate out my disgust with what Weezer eventually sank into, but I could not deny the Blue Album's impact.

Both have. I do hear a difference. And I hear the old stuff resurface sometimes on the Brown album and Maladroit. I recognize now that none of it was as amazing as I thought it was when I was ... 17? (how fucking old was I when that came out?) Still, I can definately enjoy the blue album now, and it had me in a headlock for awhile back then. Enough that it gets my vote here, for sure.

I understand that. And that has shaped my vote in a couple of these. I'm still surprised by the Weezer love. Not the fact that it exists, but the amount.

Guys, Pink Floyd has advanced in this thing.

How can you be surprised at anything?

London Calling, but I'm a big fan of that blue album.
