Sure you've got it by now. What do you think? I was sorta meh on Church Mouth, but it did have some likable elements. Waiting to hear some positive things before d/l this.

I really liked Church Mouth--thanks to OPA's rec. In fact I was listening to it the other day.

This new one, I probably need to hear some more clips before I commit.

Um, this has no proggy inclinations whatsoever. Actually decent indie-pop with a falsetto blue-eyed indie soul feel running through it.

I'm actually really surprised by the result

Yeah, I've now listened to it multiple times, and am pretty meh on it.

It's awful. I haven't liked anything they've done other than Church Mouth. A shame really.

PF usually doesn't do it for me review-wise, but this one hit it right on the head. They played it safe to gain fans, and now they've scared away the people who liked their previous outings. Natch.

I listened to Church Mouth again today because of this thread. Just a solid album. It really is too bad they decided to be lame.
