This is the first round of the tournament stage. Please vote for the album that you feel should move on to the second round.

Alligator is great, but that Marquee Moon is exceptional.

i hate marquee moon more than I probably should and realize that Alligator isn't any all-time classic or anything, but I'm going Alligator anyway

The National for me, but I'm not expecting them to move on from this round.

Marquee Moon, the song alone should carry it over The National.

There's a fair chance I'd go for a goddamn Xiu Xiu or Godsmack record over The National, so this one's a no brainer.

I don't hate it, but i find the album pretty boring and turn it off after a song or two. I suppose if I was forced to listen to it a lot I would hate it.

The National seemed to be a routinely hyped band here on Obner when this album and the Boxer came out, so I can see where some people would vote it as their favorite over Television.
