Apparently he has another side project with an album already in the can.

Said single's called "Hang You Up From The Heavens". The b-side is a cover of Gary Numan's "Are Friends Electric?" You can hear that now at The Dead Weather's site.

Finally, it should be noted that Third Man's new HQ isn't just cubicles. It houses a vinyl record store, photo studio, dark room, and performance stage. No, I don't know if they're hiring.

...he's drumming? Is this like when Josh Homme decided he could play drums and did that whole Eagles of Death Metal thing?

Her vocals remind me of what would happen if that chick from The Fiery Furnaces started singing with a rock n roll band.

I'm digging this. But, I'm a Jack White fan and a fan of the Kills, so not surprising.


Oh...and Josh Homme was right to do Eagles of Death metal...Eagles of Death Metal are way better than Queens of the Stone Age.

Oh, I agree completely (at least regarding the first two Eagles of Death Metal albums. If this album is as good as those two songs imply, I might say the same thing about this project.
